My journey into holistic living began about six years ago when I started making my children’s baby food from scratch. As they grew, I embraced baby-led weaning and became even more mindful of what we nourish our bodies with. Over the past few years, I’ve focused deeply on understanding what we, as a community, are applying to our skin and using in our homes—from skincare routines to household cleaners.
